• A guarantee the floor will perform as installed with proper appearance.
• Factory-certified installers and finishers, ensuring the floor is recoated properly.
• Maintenance training for the facility staff, ensuring the floor retains the appearance you expect and the floor is properly protected.
• An annual supply of maintenance materials, ensuring you have the proper products to use.
• Instruction on how to protect your investment, allowing your staff to participate in minimizing the chance the floor will be damaged.
• Three scheduled visits per year to ensure the floor is performing as intended.
• Assistance to address the staffs’ concerns.
• With annual renewals, annual recoating to meet your schedule, providing you with the proper products, and applied by a professional team.
• Sand & Refinish at the end of the 10^th term, at the same renewal price (inflation adjusted).
